Hey Guys me new to this forum i have few queries regarding Reliance Broadband in Mumbai.
1) how is reliance broadband service in mumbai
2) Are there frequent disconnections.
3) DO we get the download speed which is promised on a consistent basis.
I am planing to switch to Reliance unlimited 1 mbps @1099 rs from MTNL.
Please suggest guys should I go 4 Reliance Broadband in MUMBAI.

it's customer service is pathetic (I'm using reliance wimax and they are unable to fix the problem for 2 months..)
I am in mumbai, regarding our net in IIT bombay, every time we call cc they say our previous complaint is closed and they give a new complaint number which is again closed without doing anything..
they have only one engineer in western region of mumbai... who is unable to fix our issue.. the cc cannot do anything..
wrost of all they refuse to give any deadline.

my main frustration is the time you took to fix the issue..
2-months!!!!!
and in the period I needed to track the complaints.. as the complaints were closed automatically.
although the engineer claims that he said "I was not serious about the charges.", his actions suggest otherwise.
there is only one engineer in western region.
he says he is very buzy. (after complaining from 5-april it took 1-month when finally engineer arrived).
he took 2-months and finally he did yesterday was to lock to a specific MAC (sector), that seemed to have solved the problem... (that brings the question how qualified is he?) and if it takes so long time you did not even send any senior/experienced engineer.
the worst is the customer care. they can do is tell us the resolution ID of previous complaint and give another complaint number (or send mails.. which end up to same engineer)
there should be at least 2-3 engineers for such a large region.
please suggest me what should I do next time I face a issue?
(THE PHONE NUMBERS GIVEN BEHIND THE BILL DON'T WORK OTHER THAN CUSTOMER-CARE WHO ARE USUALLY USELESS!)
