Thread: Speed Issue

Hello Guys

I am facing a problem with speed.

Plan Details :

Reliance combo 300 kbps unlimited

I am getting speed of not more than 150 kbps during the speed test.Whenever i talk with Reliance customer care executive they tell me that they are liable only to 70 % of plan speed .

Now the thing is if they are liable for only 70 % of plan ..why they are charging 100 % of bill ?

Please give details of the ADSL modem/make/number provided by Reliance.

You can try to "tweak" your connection with this application.
Tcp/ip optimizer from speedguide.net.
If nopt familiar select optimal values and keep the speed scale at say 400Kbps speed.
