Thread: reliance has improved its speed and customer care service

RELIANCE NETCONECT+:
I used Reliance Netconnect+ Wireless broadband for my laptop. It has Download speeds up to 3.1 Mbps and upload speed up to 1.8 Mbps that's what company is advertising. but its giving me around 210 to 240 kbps speed...still which is good.

When it comes to speed, reliance is a way ahead of its opponents. Reliance Netconnect+ provides atleast 210kbps speed around 4cities were i have been there...named mumbai,pune, delhi and jalandar....Network connection of Reliance Netconnect+ is high and which is quite higher than any other company.If user is not in network of Netconnect Broadband+ coverage area still he get connected with the network of lower speed. Even it’s always gets connected in rural areas with feeble network.

about the customer care is Before buying new data card from reliance they provides free demo of the USB internet data card to check the speed of product. And within 24 hour the card get connected. Even the data card is automatically got configure with users laptop and PC easily. There is no need to call customer care centre again and again for this issue. If users free data usage gets over on some time then internet speed go down automatically and get connected with lower speed HSD or 1X

One thing good about Reliance that i observe is call center’s software. In that consumer just have to remember his complain number, once user have give their customer number then they are able to fish it out all information. User can call any customer care for giving free demo regarding the speed of the product.

One more good thing about reliance is it always gets connected in rural areas with feeble network.

i will recommend reliance netconnect+ to everyone who wants to try speedy browsing.....

the first post u come up here is praising Reliance and that too its Customer Service. Hard to believe ur not a Reliance Employee/friend.

While Reliance Netconnect+ is very easy to install and use, no help required from customer care, etc., I will challenge any one on the speed claims in metros.

I have used, NC+ in Pune (daily), Mumbai and Gurgaon/NCR. At all the three places the speed has been more or less as follows:



However, at smaller towns such as Ahmednagar, Shirdi, etc. I have got very good speeds. I do not have the results now but the speed had been close to 2 mbps. But 3.1 mbps? Well, in my dreams perhaps.

If you are not a reliance employee.. HAVE YOU EVER DEBUGGED ANY ISSUE WITH THE HELP OF CC?? they can handle simple issues sometimes.. but when the issue is even a bit complex.. cc are useless.
