Default Relaince Wired Internet - a VERY BAD SERVICE & EQUALLY BAD CUSTOMER CARE

I am from Bangalore, For past 15 days , i dont have reliance internet connection , but i still got my bill delivered without usage

    These are my connection details
    Bill Account Number : 100000113884455
    Customer A/c Number : 100113101610

since i was relocating to new place nearby , i have raised a "service location change" request on 24 june ( req ID 155767134) but it got closed without any intimation.

on 26 june , i have raised a "service termination" request (request ID 156058677). but still there was no responcse.
from june 30th , i have moved to new place.

Till today there was no update from ur side. Its almost 2 weeks , I didnt any initiation from ur executive. should I end up paying bill for the time which i have not used ?

Is this really how you are going to treat a customer ? I have seen better service from Reliance in the past . but what ever is happening now is really bad.

right from june 24th , for more than 15 Days, nothing has happened in my end. I am still without internet connection.

I am totaly disappointed with your service.

Please terminate my connection & return my deposit ASAP

    HI RCOMcare,

is there any update on this ?

I have not received any call from your Executive till now.

from 24 june , till today the scenario is same , NOTHING REALLY HAPPENING at my end. No Response

Is There a plan to solve this issue from your side ?

How long will it take for "Reliance" to terminate a broadband connection.
17 days & still problem is not resolved ?

All i got was the bill for entire month, which contains UNUSED PERIOD ALSO.

still the customer service is VERY BAD only, please check the emails send to me.

one of ur executive says that connected was terminated on 10-7-2011
other says , it was terminated on 19-7-2011

what will ur executives next email would say ??

This is a complete mockery of reliance customers. "BAD" is a very moderate comment to evaluate ur customer service ??
