Unresolved Internet Issues in Bandra

Problems with slow speed and frequent disconnections for the last 3-4 weeks now. I call almost daily to be advised that they are working on server problems that are impacting Bandra, Andheri and Juhu. Each time they say it will be resolved by a set time either that day or the next. It never is. Yesterday we had no internet access for over 15 hours.

Their customer service is painful and the lack of information on the cause of this is alarming, they just keep restating the same messages and I have zero confidence in the company's ability to fix this, as no company would allow such appalling service to continue for so long.

I am on the 20Mbps plan now and have never had speeds of more than 4 MBPS.

They even had the nerve to call me 10 days before my bill is due to be paid to confirm I would be paying it!!! Any company that treats its customers with such disrespect deserves to lose them.

If you are thinking of joining Reliance, don't waste your time, they're too busy winding up those they already have.
