Thread: Please help in Configuring Reliance Broadband Wired Connection

Hi Friends,

I have newly taken reliance broadband connection in bangalore. I can not able to connect more than one system at a time.
My Modem is BILLION BiPAC 5200S RF and iam using COMPEX PS2208B, 8-port fast ethernet pocket switch.
I can not able to find my modem ip or can not able to connect my modem. Please assist me how to configure and how to stop logging in everytime.

find modem gateway address.
Do you use Billion Bipac5200S RF to connect to Reliance BB Internet ?

Yes iam using Billion Bipac 5200S RF to connect Reliance BB Internet. Iam using windows 7, I typed ipconfig /all and if i type modem gateway address i can not able to open my modem. iam very new to this.

i got this information, but if i type this ip in address bar it says Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage.

delete IP address given in post No 5. seen.

did you try my Ip address ?
Reliance IP seems to be Local LAN.

Start RUN type cmd
Ok
New window
type ipconfig /all
same Ipmay appear.

but modem is not opening.

Yes iam using Billion Bipac 5200S RF to connect Reliance BB Internet.
Modem supplied by Reliancefor use in your BB connection ?
You are connecting a Rj11 ( single pair of wire. ) cable or
Rj45 ( 4 pairs of wire ).? confirm.
