i used reliance 650 combo plan for 3 months and then one day asked for the termination because of its frequent disconnection..... i just wanted to make customer care realize that i can opt for some other isp also.. in the next 5 minutes i got a call from local service center in mayapuri and he enquired about the problems i was facing.... i told him everything and he promised me that he will get it all resolved...... to my surprise it started working well.............he requested me that if someone calls from mumbai main office office for the confirmation tell him that i dont want it disconnected as the services are upto the mark now...... i did what he asked me.....
but thats when the real problem starts... they deactivated me connection the very next day even after i asked them not to.... its been deactivated form 28apr 2011 and still aim getting bills after that period...when i call the customer care they dont respond properly and just keep on passing the calls to other department by saying that this problem is not there concern... i am astounded to see this kind of degeneracy towards the customer...
i recommend not to go for reliance broadband
