This is regarding a faulty bill I have received. The details are below:
A/c number: 343673285111
Bill Period: 11-05-2011 to 10-06-2011
Bill No.: 282909610317
Billing A/c No.: 100000108572438
Bill Date: 11-06-2011
Bill Amount: 3,940.06
Status: Paid
Here are the facts: I have never received a bill so high. The maximum I have paid has been about 1700/- and my average has been 827/-.
I have constantly been facing issues with viewing my cumulative usage. A few days ago the current usage showed 257%. This is wrong information that Reliance is giving its customers, besides being utter rubbish.
File Billing 02 shows us that Reliance is capable of charging a customer for 33, 35 or even 53 hours a day! Perhaps clocks will need to be reinvented courtesy Reliance! It is clear that Reliance has some major technical issues with keeping an account of the data usage.
The problem at hand is displayed in File Attachment Billing 01. This clearly shows that even though the billing meter starts from the 11th of the month, Reliance has instead started clocking the reading from 3510 MB. How convenient a way to rip customers off! The only response that Reliance has offered me is: "Sir, there is no problem with the bill and everything has been calculated correctly." But, they haven't responded to these screen-shots. I wonder why? Maybe they have nothing to say, except lies.
Besides this gross error they coerced me to pay by cutting off my service and saying my bill was above the credit limit. Since I work from home, I was at their mercy.
Thanks BB forum for giving me a chance to express myself. Next stop: Consumer Court.
