I have registered the following complaint numbers on the following dates :
1st August : 158299391 -Internet not working.
23rd August : 159832188 - Slow speed of 256kbps (I have registered for 2MBPS).
30th August : 160378862 - Internet not working.
2nd September :160600135 - Internet not working.
As you can see, my internet was not working for an entire month, from 1st August to 2nd September.
The internet was working on 23rd August briefly, but at a drastically slow speed. It got disconnected in the next 5 days, and only recently started working.
When I applied for a bill waiver for the absence of internet for a whole month.
Reliance representatives said they would provide a waiver only from 30th August to 2nd September.
I am being asked to pay for almost an entire month when I was not provided any internet for that month.
I have all request numbers, dates and names of customer care representatives who took my complaints.
Also beware new customers, that Reliance automatically closes a lot of customer complaints without any resolution. So you will end up registering a single complaint close to 5 times.
I have registered the following complaints for a dead phone for over 2 months without any resolution till date.
