Thread: Reliance Broaband in Delhi Review awful pathetic services

I am an IT engineer I have millions of tasks and sites to run on daily basis, so when i had no option I applied for Reliance Broadband in Delhi Mayur Vihar area, it took them 1 month to get the connection running, and after that when I shifted to a new home 20 houses away from the old one even after 10 days or requests and calling they didn't show up so I decided it was end of their services.

It has been 18 days since I have made a disconnection request no one has showed up to collect the modem and I am damn sure they will send a full months bill saying that you never requested for a disconnection.
Only after I asked them to disconnect the next hour their employee calls up saying sir I will connect your net in 1 hour but i refused due to such awful services and delays. They wanted me to get a new line rather than relocation so they could earn 500 rupees again as installation charges.

These are really greedy and mean ISP providers in India, if these are the services in Delhi (India's capital city) you can expect how things work across the nation.
Never ever use a Reliance Broadband or net connect or anything their company is more like a government sector company they will never listen to your problems, employees are self satisfied and do not provide services they are responsible for.

I agree about the customer service quality Reliance provides. I've been getting downtime since last 3-4 days now and when I do get connected even the smallest of pages take ages to load and all they have for me is assurances that they will set it right for me soon!

Reliance broadband works when it works but if it breaks down do not expect someone to come and have a look at your premises.. Reliance also closes complaints and change the status to resolved even without confirming with the customer.

Yes I agree with all of above.I am a user from Bangalore.I gave complain regarding my broadband connection on 31st Aug,2011 but still its pending.Every time customer care gives one new complain request number.Even I complain to nodal officer also but they are also not helping.I dont know now where i should go?????

Really...? try Tikona! They are the real loosers. Here you see one or two threads of worst service from Reliance. Check out Tikonas thread, the whole post says about their pathetic service and foolish customer care!
