I had the worst experience with reliance broad band. From the date of installation till today the 20th Sep 2011 i have lodged i guess 20 complaints and neither of them have been resolved.
The speed is no where near to a broadband speed and even a dongle works faster. the best part is call up their customer care 180030007777 and every time a new person speaks and hands you a new complaint number. you just keep calling them and they keep on giving you a complaint number to be resolved in 24hrs. further to that no response.
i want my money back the whole of rs.1100/- and i want this modem out of my office. today they came and replaced the modem gave me an old one and the person replacing this didn't even show the courtesy of asking me if now it is working fine and ran away where as the connection stands where it is.
where shall i make the complaint tell me?
