Thread: Trying to setup Beetle ADSL2 Router with Reliance

I have this Beetle ADSL2 Router.
Well all i know is that I was able to login to 192.168.1.1 using the id password i.e adminassword

I planned to reset my router by clicking on Maintainence > SysRestart > Custom.
When the page was loading "again and again" I thought something is wrong with the thing and I closed the tab and since then 192.168.1.1 shows The server at 192.168.1.1 is taking too long to respond.

I've even reset the router by pressing that reset button, and still I get the same old silly error The server at 192.168.1.1 is taking too long to respond.

Can you please tell me how to proceed on sorting this error and then setting up Wifi.

If the ip address is not reposnding..please try few steps mentioned below

1. Release and renew the ip address ( Commans:- Ipconfig /release ; ipconfig /renew )
2. Disable and enable the ip address.
3. Powercycle the modem and the PC.

if this does not work, please uninstall and reinstall the network adaptor. Also try to hardreset the modem.

The issue will surely get fixed
