Thread: Need help on broadband connection.

Hello guys I am from Kolkata and using Airtel Broadband. But their FUP is limiting my download so I am planning to switch to Reliance broadband.
Please post few comments on how Reliance broadband is in Kolkata. I have heard that customer care and internet availability is bad for Reliance.
Appreciating in advance for the help.

Airtel is the most ,trouble free provider of BB , and proof is the forum posts. I mean the technical side. CC on tech side is also quite fast.Usually they replace the modem.
Check any new plans offered by them ( I am user of BSNL No 2 Choice)
Reliance Tata Indicom mostly collect amount on annual basis and don't care about CC.
Check Availability of BSNL BB. Phone almost free No monthly rent etc..

Thanks for your reply. I want to have a unlimited 1mbps plan but both bsnl and airtel have fup in their plans.

How much you intend to download every month at 1 Mbps speed?

Around 200-250 GB.

BBG ULD 6000 plan will be suitable.

guys pls sugst me some low priced wireless bb, wit 1mbps speed...
