    This is my first experience with reliance and it is pathetic, worster then worster.

    No humans working in reliance customer care or support team

    Managers are paid for their honeymoon at office.

    I have requested them to disconnect my wimax connection because it has been down for almost a month now and every time I called them they gave me a new complaint number saying your yesterdas complaint number's status says resolved I kep calling them every day for about 15-16 days and I got 15-20 complaint numbers but no one turned up at my place to sort out the connection nor did I recieve any call from their end for asking if my connection was working and I have no idea how they could change the status of every single complaint number to resolved every day without a fail.
    I got really pissed with them lot and asked them to disconnect my connection about a week and a half ago and guess what ? their retention team guy calls up after two days and says my connection will be sorted the sae day if I choose to stay with them and I said ok if you can sort it out for me I wouldnt mind but if you are not able to do it by the end of the day today then please discontinue my service which you havent been providing anyway... well the day went by and "nothing" then I called up agaoin next day this time I called up their appelete authority and they gave me the nodal officers number and she promised action the same day but refused to provide a reference number saying she had put notes in my previous complaint and then nothing happened so I called up again three days ago and asked their customer service to disconnect the damn thing and they said I would get a call from retention team and blah blah blah... the guy called up two days later I told him I dont want anything thing to do with reliance ever and want this service discontinued and he gave me a reference number again.... Connection has been down for a long time now and they sent me a bill of Rs4k something when my monthly subscription is Rs2700 something ... I have no idea how to get rid of this company so I never have to do anything with them ever again.

    Reliance ! You suck! I have wasted enough time on the phone with your customer service and I am hating every second I am spending typing this post because it is a complete waste of time and the cause is "Reliance" and there is no fault of mine... You took away a lot of my life's precious time... The time I spent on the phone with Reliance customer care could have been used to do something meaningful.

    If this can happen to you-to some one who runs a Telecom related blog- what about average Joe ?
    Calling these people is no use,You have to send written complaints in duplicate by registered mail to all their managers including nodal.
    You have to post stinker in all the telecom blogs,consumer complaints sites, mouth shut etc.
    I know your blood is boiling to type but now you have a bill out standing despite no service. Recovery team ,legal dept will start pestering you if you dont pay. Your a/c is not closed yet ,so even if they do-another final bill might come.
    So take offensive and make a real stinky mess.
    That is the only they will understand.Call Nodal/area manager/regional manager/Accounts manager 10 times a day and abuse them -Anyway you are going to close a/c -Go out with a bang!
    ( I know you need antacid and Alprax, BP medicine to get thro this)

    @Rcomcare Your lip service wont do any good here... I have had first hand experience with your company and I would personally never recomend Reliance broadband to anyone. You just come to this forum and copy paste the same message every where and there is no action atall.

    @ tolkapiam
    I honestly dont see much point in calling them again and aain because one call should have the same effect but reliance as a company has some working issues that I shouldnt spend my time and energy to improve them.. I would rather post some threads on this forum and get the word across so people dont get Reliance connections after reading my reviews and that should serve them right coz its going to hit them in the pocket and thats where it really hurst although the impact isint going to be huge but as they say every little helps.
