Hello users,
I have been a user of Reliance Wimax before. During those times the IP was like 123.x.x.x
now I use Reliance wired connection where my IP is 115.249.x.x

so my question is whether the connectivity to HUB is based on IP range.

for eg: If someone on Reliance network hosts a hub on 123.x.x.x range, and a user like me with IP 115.1249.x.x tries to join it . Will I be able to download at full speed?

And can anyone confirm what are the IP ranges for Reliance apart from one that is mentioned..
