Thread: unable to open twitter.com in Reliance Broadband

Hi all,
I hav taken a new connection in Reliance Broadband in BTM Layout , Bangalore . On first day website twitter.com was coming but i dont know after that what happened im unable to open twitter.com website. there is no message on the browser to tell the error."\ IT simply keeps on looping to" connected to twitter.com ". Has anybody faced this problem? If so wht to do to access twitter.com. thanks,

A known issue. Surprisingly reliance seems to be cool about it. You will have to wait until they fix it.

Reliance seem to have put time restriction on twitter. It is available only in early morning till about 11 am! Then they restrict twitter use!

I am not sure but I don't think there is some restriction of time.

I have just now shifted to Reliance broadband and have faced so many issues GOD !!
But anything for a MBPS speed without FUP

It took me 9 to 10 hours to make more than 1 pc access the internet at the same time.

Then I was not able to open facebook on my laptop running on ubuntu but on another laptop running on Windows 7 it was working fine :O
Kind of strange !! Something working on windows and not on Linux

Then after a little research I got to know the solution. In you internet setting you have to set MTU (Maximum Transmission Unit). I have set it to 1492 and now I can open facebook on my ubuntu machine.

BTW I just opened twitter on here and I was able to browse it.
