Exclamation Reliance Broadband Recent Problem with WiFi Routers

Hey guys i am using a Belkin Basic N150 Wireless Router from the last 2-3 months and haven't experienced any problem in connection or speed in both of my laptop and desktop.

But from 2 days i am experiencing some problem with it. The sending/receiving of the packets gets blocked at intervals and then gets started. Connection doesn't get lost just the server not found/problem loading page appears. And then again it starts working fine for few time.

Anyone have any idea about this....please help how to resolve this issue as the customer care isn't helping and saying they don't offer support for wireless router.

Give the model/make/number of the ADSL modem supplied by REliance.
Also check the Deviceinfo Statistics/ADSl and give data for SNR ATTN etc.

Wifi router channel preferred 11 or 6

    feedback.

Please download the user manual for screenshots /trouble shooting etc. or Confirm the menu pages are same for your model.

    Para two:
    ZTE831B
You can analyze the problem this way
    ONLY with modem connected:
    (1)
Check only with the modem ZTE 831B connected .
If problem felt, the ISP Reliance CC may be contacted.
    (2)
    settings.
As you could not have changed the settings etc, only
doubt is from ISP side.. ( Check cables / connectors/adslbox )
Just report the data SNR ATTN both for U/L and download
    sample page another model:

    (3)
    Wifi router Belkins :

    Changes unlikely.
Reconnect and test in WIFI mode. Compare the signal bars
( compare with other SSID links if they appear ), in proximity
to the wifi router. Position it at a higher height.
( If Antenna is visible ) keep it parallel to the ground and rotate for Max signal in your laptop.
    4:
    ( Laptop /computer desktop):
No changes. Info will be requested if problem still not solved.

    Feedback.

    Thanks essbebe.
I found that the problem was from the server's end and not from my end.

When I pinged their default gateway with direct connection without router some of the packets got lost request timed out was shown and again the packets started receiving so i have contacted them and they will solve the issue now....

I think if anyone is having the problem like me they should do this only.....

    Congrats:
It took me 30 minutes to collect the data , check manuals/ load screen shots etc, for you. to study the problem. as a non technical person.

Some confirmation about your modem model was expected.
