Avoid the Reliance Sales guys as you would Swine flu.
I have just taken a Reliance combo wired broadband connection and the sales guys don't lift the phone or respond the moment the cheque has been handed over. I am fighting for getting the sales commitments made, with the nodal officer right now. I am determined to get my phone number change as promised even if it means going to the Appellate, DOT, TRAI, Anil Ambani or Consumer Forum.
Great way to start a relationship - I think Reliance has good technology but bad people.
