I have Reliance Netconnect Broadband in which I have 5 GB UNLIMITED.
After data usage at 3.1 Mbps is consumed, UNLIMITED BROWSING is available at speeds up to 144 Kbps.

I am already sick of reliance services. Worst is their customer care.
I have already consumed 5 GB and so my speed is 1X now but has to be unlimited usage.

Today I received a netconnect sms saying "You have consumed 70% of your total quota alloted on reliance Netconnect+".

Any idea as to what does this sms mean?
What is this total quota on netconnect?
When I have unlimited net availibility then what and why is this quota limit?
