Thread: 10 days to closed my rel. broadband what can i do?

RESPECTED SIR'
This is my third mail to you.i received a phone of MR .MANISH JI FROM MUMBAI at 6pm and he want to know that how is my phone and broadband complaint status now? I tell my phone and network is not working to till now and daily due to customer care my old complaint no shows that my problem is solved.he also conversation with HARJEET JI AND CONFERENCING call with HARJEET JI told MANISH JI to i am sending imediately to r sonu to malout for checking the connection of mine.but i waited sonu at 11pm butvresult is same.when i connect to mr SONU HE REJECT MY CALL and no response freom him and not reached there.i m trying to call mr sonu 9316026555 to connect him but he did not picked up my phone .i also try to call at reliance bathinda office to mr 170643246 from ketan ji and says 24 hours to wait again.HARJEET JI but there is no response from thwere i also surprised that my last customer care complaint no status at night when i call to customer care where mr ABHISHEK PANDEY(excutive) says to me as per record your problem is solved here.i am really unhappy.what is this?.who is that person who closed my complaint without any reasonbut my problem is not solved till now and result is same my broadband and phone not working not till now.i also lodged a new complaint to customer care regarding phone no is 170642816 AND regarding broadband and says you will be wait to 24 hours.your problem is solved.MR MANISH JI I am personally request to you please take legally action to those person who closed my complainnt automatically and order to my broadbandconnection starts immediately .please call to MR sonu 9316026555 and tell him to solve my problem immediately. i hope i have no need to 4rth mail to you. thanking you
