Thread: Seeing lots of UDP traffic when connecting to Reliance broadband

Recently my connection speed started fluctuating being from a networking background I tried taking a packet capture and saw lots of UDP traffic coming in to my PC.

I think this has degraded the speed of my connection? Can anybody suggest what should I do ? I am using the modem/router provided by reliance, I also have a beetel router provided by airtel? If I will use the airtel router will it improve my condition, if yes, how can I configure my beetle modem

Well I also tried pinging my gateway i.e. 123.238.136.1 and I am getting a 7% packet loss

It's been more than two weeks I have been experiencing this problem. I have already filed a complaint and yesterday someone called me saying it was a "fibre cut" issue for which the cable has been changed. But I am still experiencing the problem? What should I do now?
