I have no idea about Reliance. If Reliance BB is not port binded, then using someone else username and password, you can surf the internet. But I am sure Reliance is smarter than that. Reliance also provides internet via cable. This must also be having some kind of port-binding.

Strictly speaking, this is not hacking - it is internet theft. You theft is harming some other user and not Reliance.

This will be akin to having a free wireless connection available in the neighbourhood.
