Rep Power: 1 |  Yes ypou can if you take the nationwide plan. They have two different tariffs for every plan one for just your circle/city and the other for Nationwide coverage. Nationwide reliance usb modem plans would let you use reliance netconnect acros India without having to pay any roaming charges. |
