Angry Reliance Broadband problem with Netgear JWNR2000 Wifi Router

Hi people I really need ur help with this issue I've been using reliance wired broadband connection for past two years
everything was working fine but then I got Wified and got meself a Netgear Wifi Router Model JWNR 2000 people warned me about
incompatibility of routers with reliance broadband but I went ahead and bought it the router worked fine for few months but now
whenever I log in to the Internet the router connects but I'm unable to browse websites it's just on and off sometimes i'm able
browse and next time I get error server not found but the weird thing is the torrent. I use utorrent for downloading
what I've seen is utorrent keeps downloading even if I getting server not found error I've tried three different laptops they also
get the same issue (server not found) in mozilla firefox one more thing whenever I connect RJ45 cable directly from my reliance modem to my laptop
it works like a charm but when I connect it back to the router same issue arises.Ive tried everything resetting the router
upgrading the firmware downgrading the firmware yelling at my laptop but now this thing is really annoying I called reliance guys
they said they can't help me then I called netgear they are like router is ok it's your ISP which is the culprit people please help
somebody told me that reliance uses some switch in their server which detects routers and disables them for few seconds is this true
so will I never be able to use this wifi thingy does anybody else faces the same issue.....

    Default

Check MTU value in Advanced option WAN page. in Netgear
Try 1460 or lower 1430 or even 1400.
    Formula later! on feedback.

Mention details of Reliance supplied Modem Make/number

Enter DGN1000 in SEARCH box above for similar router.
Do you require wifi mode ?

Attach here screenshot of Router status.
