| reliance dsl comes through BTS link(small cell sites which receives data through radio link) from BTS optic fiber wire is taken to DSLAM, from DSLAM connectivity is given through cat 5 cable to our modems, no third party is involved in connection. @rkumbhar: will u check how much line speed u get testing through reliance server???? Rep Power: 2 | I don't know much how they operate but in my apartment I think they have the fibre optic connection till the distribution box that is located in our building and from that box, the normal copper telephone lines are being pulled for both telephone lines and internet connections, BTW they provide DSL connection is our building and the speeds are fantastic! Rep Power: 1 | yyyyeessss!!!! In complete agreement. It has no competition in bebing the worst! whats more irritating i sit claims to be the 3rd best...what a joke! I have hardly seen any reliance users satisfied with their services. Be it the speed, the network or the customer service!!! |

Rep Power: 1 | When come to reliance internet services.The services are very fine but the customer support are very worst when compare to other services. Even the govt service BSNL also works fine in customer support & internet services. |
