reliance broadband sucks to the core .. i have given req to change my plan 9mts back still they r changin idiots all fools sittng on the desk

When come to reliance internet services.The services are very fine but the customer support are very worst when compare to other services. Even the govt service BSNL also works fine in customer support & internet services.

I had the same problem, for 3 months my internet connection didn't work. I made several calls but got nothing, and now they've given the bill of about 1200.
Reliance Broadband is the worst one could ever get or imagine.

My Reliance connection is decent in terms of speed and reliability. But it is a pain to deal with customer care, unless it is a simple straightforward request.

the problem i face with reliance is billing and they havent sent any itemised bill by courier since one year..

we have to stick with it because it gives good network nearby our place..
