Default TRAI defines Broadband connection.

According to TRAI the connection above or equal to 256kbps can only be called as broadband.
Than what about reliance they call there 75kbps connection as broadband connection and also airtel who calls there 128kbps connection as broadband.
Can we take all these companies to consumer court.

You can but do you think that in a country where 2 crore cases hang upside down 2 courts and where bigtime justice cases are dealt years after the crime is committed..people would care about non-following of a Trai Definition

We might as well take trai also to court for setting such low standards for Broadband. They should have set the minimum for broadband some thing like 4MBps as per international standards.

TRAI has got many things to say like on call drop. According to TRAI maximum 2 calls should drop from 100 calls made in a network.
But what we get is about 30 call drops in 100 calls made in Idea and Vodaphone Delhi.
