Thread: Any Lucky Reliance Customer?

Is there is any Reliance customer who got an uninterrupted service during the last 2 months in South India?

"Reliance is constantly upgrading their systems." This is what you might have heard if happened to contact customer care. But the real fact is, last two three months, Reliance have suffered major outages in its widely spoken strong and reliable backbone network. Today if its a Router failure, tomorrow its a fiber cut, and after that a DHCP service down issue.

One simple question, even though these issues are repeating, why these guys are not taking any steps to rectify it permanently.

These guys are thinking only about network roll out, not at all caring if the network equipments are capable of handling such a huge load.

Dont know about Reliance broadband but their data card simply rocks excelent connectivity and uptime
I have been using it for 15 days now with no problems atall and good speeds as well.
