Now it stops me use SSL. Which means I can not log into any sites over https. And it also doesn't allow me to connect to my office VPN.

These were working a couple of weeks ago and I was able to work from home too.. :-(

I stopped calling their Customer Care because I had already spent Rs. 2000 last month educating their tech support folks on how Networks work :-(

I now understand what Guru Murthy was talking (about Reliance) a couple of decades ago..

These folks are unfit to be in Services sector...!!
