I also have a reliance data card but I have been getting speeds in excess of 100kbps at all times even while traveling in North India.
May be reliance has more towers in North India probably but I find reliance data card to be very reliable and cost efficient.

Whats the model no of your usb modem.. and have you checked if there is any new firmware update available for it because that might boost up your connection speed.

I normally have my netbooster on with image quality set to poorest and that pushes the speed at which pages load.. just turn off your netbooster when you want to view pictures clearly

hmm dont think any firmware updates are there....i downloaded there latest HUWAII software also but that didnt help....reducing the image quality is a diff thing.Main prob is that i was getting decent speeds before..Its just that from 2 months all has gone wrong...

Well of the upto thing that means that you would get maximum of 150 kbps which never happens. I also had the same service from them but i discontinued it after a month of usage.

Even with "upto" thing i have seen many people getting a very good speed and you can see admin posting that he is getting 100 kbps + from his connection.

If you had been using Reliance Data card for the last two years and it had been working great then i think you should contact Reliance regarding this problem. I am sure that they would help you thorough this problem.

If you are using the same Data card for 2 years then their must be some problem with it. I think it would be good to visit some of their repair shop and get it checked up.
