I dont think that you should go for reliance right now as it lacks customer support and i am sure that in comming time it would be good to go for.

If any person from Delhi is using Reliance broadband, then can u pls give me ur feedback about their service ? They r offering me 75 KBps connection at Rs 450. It will be a 1:1 connection entirely & the download rate will fluctuate around 73-75 KBps. If any1 out there is familiar with their services, then I need ur feedback.

If you are getting such a good connection then i think you should go with it. Having 75 kbps download speed is a very good thing in such a price. Just confirm that are they offering this as unlimited or some limited package.

Right now going for Reliance connection would not be a good thing. I think that you should first go with Airtel as they are the best when it comes to customer care service. You would not be able to get your problem fixed any soon with reliance but with airtel it is always wihtin 4 working hours.

I have been using airtel for the past 2 years. I have never had any problems with it but I am fed up of using 128 Kbps. Airtel offers expensive plans so I can't even think of upgrading. That's why I am thinking of reliance.

If you are fed up of using 128 kbps connection then i think it would be nice if you would just upgrade your present connection to a higher speed connection as you know Airtel is the best in customer support and paying them a little more makes sense.

My budget can't exceed more than Rs.800 otherwise I would have already upgraded.

So what are u trying to prove ? If u ask me then I believe Airtel is fooling u cos if u r on a 256 Kbps connection, then u deserve to get speeds between 28-32 KBps. Getting speeds less than 28 KBps, as u have mentioned, on a 256 Kbps line is totally unacceptable. Anyways what I m discussing with u is irrelevant. I am talking about Reliance connection not Airtel
