Trouble with Reliance Broad band & Netgear Router Wgr614

    Default Trouble with Reliance Broad band & Netgear Router Wgr614

    Dear Gurus,
    I have a peculiar problem with Reliance Broadband and Netgear router

    ISP : Reliance broadband Fixed wire connection (No telephone, Modem)
    Router : Netgear router Wgr614
    Devices used : 2 Smart Phones(Android & Apple), 2 Laptops

    This peculiar thing started from day 1 (I installed the router with the instructions provided with Netgear)
    All the devices get connected to the personal WiFi sucessfully.
    However, In the laptops the reliance login page never opens up.
    Meanwhile in both the smart phones it opens up after 3 to 4 trys.

    Once connected and if something is downloading, it is perfect.
    However, if it is idle the reliance page logs out and the whole process of connecting is re-started.

    Really confused
    please advice
