Anyone using Reliance Wired Broadband at Picnic garden Location in Kolkata?

hello i need to know if anyone using Reliance Wired broadband Connection at Picnic garden in kolkata... i hv been trying to get sm executive to call me up for new connection for months now. but no one calles up. when i cann reliance they always takes my request and says my pincode is feasible but no one calles me.. strange...

can anyone help me ?

Have you tried asking people near by to see if anyone uses it?
