Angry Reliance broadnet down for 3 week's

Reliance internet connection Had been going very well. For quite some time . But Finnaly reliance has showed what it actually is.So guys on the internet claiming that reliance SUCKS are quite right about it.

Its Been 3 Weeks and My Reliance broadband is down.
The Customer Support is So Horrible That I already have placed 7 complaints regarding this issue and these guys have absolutely no care of solving my problem.
All times ive been complaining ive been given a deadline of 24 hours. But No response call from a single Person yet.the customer support team does not even care.about what is my problem.
Even this post i am posting from my cell phone.(Cause reliance connection wont work!!)
EVEN WHEN I LOGGED A REQUEST FOR
"TERMINATING MY CONNECTION" THE CUSTOMER CARE ASKED FOR REASON, I TOLD "MY CONNECTION IS NOT WORKING FROM 3 WEEKS"
    THE CUSTOMER CARE REPLIED
"THANK YOU FOR SHARING YOUR EXPERIENCE YOUR CONNECTION WILL SOON BE DISCONNECTED Soon"
So i 've decided to move on some other ISP. Cause RELIANCE SUCKS!!! and yeah it is Soo true
And ive Already Logged a complaint To TRAI & Consumerforumcourt regarding issue.
So If you are really convinced by the pricing of the internet plans provided by internet (just like i was) hold on a second,Cause what will you do with pricing if your connection does not works.
Think again go for some other ISP with may be a little bit more Tariff but at least a working ,Reliable Connection.
Other Issues which you will probably face with reliance are:-
1.High Latency-Reliance Broadband is a gamer's Nightmare. With Pings on Steam crossing 300+ms its immposible to game in reliance connection.
    2.Unstable Connection- Frequent Disconnections
    3.High packet loss.
    4.A VERY BAD USER EXPERIENCE
    5.WORST CUSTOMER CARE SUPPORT.

    DONT GO FOR RELIANCE!!!!!!

3 weeks is a lot of time, and after they asked you what your reason was for disconnection they said thank you for sharing your experience. Reliance seems are not at all bothered about their customers leaving their services.

If that's the attitude then just leave Reliance and go for some better ISP, who will at least sort your problem out and not take 3 weeks to resolve it. After you said you were going to disconnect one would think a company would reflect on that and send someone to sort out your internet problem.

You should send a written complaint to Reliance, addressing your problem and the fact that after you said you wanted to disconnect the connection, and was asked to the reason, nothing was even done or said about that.
Make sure that you dont get charged for the 3 weeks that you didn't get any connection for.

Reliance customer care is non existent. I had the same problem as you guys. My connection stopped working and no one did anything about it for weeks and my complaints were closed saying they were resolved.

While the connection was working it worked fine but once if broke down they wont do anything about it. I still get stupid calls asking me to pay up the last few bills and I refuse to pay saying my connection was down. I am not going to pay them a single paisa for the time my connection was down. Infact they should be paying me for making me go through all the trouble.
