Default Permission needed from RWA for internet connection in housing society

    Hi,

I am living in a housing society which does not yet have any Fiber cable internet connection. I spoke to my RWA (Residents Welfare Association) management council, and they said that the company will first need their permission before they can bring their fiber cable inside the building and connect my apartment.

Does Reliance Comm (or any other ISP, for that matter) provide any extra benefits to the society, or any free services with which they can lure the RWA to grant permission? How do the ISP's normally gain entry to the building premises to lay their cable?

    Thanks!

The president of your RWA is some computer illitrate dumb fool to say the least. Get some youngsters together and all of you can go speak to the president and show them that he is on his own on this matter and every one wants the connection. This is how it works at societies in Delhi.
