    Default Reliance Broadband terrible experience

    I gave a Cheque for Rs 500 on December 23 -2007 as advance money for net connection.I was assured that I would be getting the connection in 3 days ,even after 19 days Broadband connection has not neen installed.when i call up in Reliance office the person tells me he will check up and call me back in 30 minutes,he never bothers to call.In comparison bharati airtel truly gives world class service,i have 1 connection in my home and if there is a problem those people are willing to rectify it even on a sunday.I am fed up with reliance and i want my advance money back. I am from Sembudoss Street,chennai.The Reliance Broadband Representative's name is Santhosh.

    Default Relieance Gunda Service at your desk

    Hi Asif,

    My brother too had this february similar experience and added was man handled. Reliance from day one had been like this , Gunda Service.

    I really wish I could have got a Airtel broadband lines from Airtel but Airtel has not yet started providing. I am addict to Airtels service, I should admit.

    Default Reliance Questions.

    Hi.

    I have purchased a Reliance Classic Wireless Hand set. Which i use for the internet. Does any one know, is the handset locked into the Reliance stystem or can it be unlocked (as you can unlock a mobile phone)

    Also how do you get Reliance to send a monthly bill. I choose for e-mail billing but have not had a bill in two months, but they keep sending texts telling me to pay bill due.

    They used to be very good at replying to e-mails to corporatecare@relianceada.com but now they don't reply anymore. Not very good.
