Rep Power: 0 | Finally got a call from some supervisor.. says he will work on it imme.. get a call from tech support an hour later ... they said there was a prob with their servers during upgradation.. and some users are facing this problem... and that they would fix it by 22:30hrs last night.. still does not work.. and as usual ... the ticket has been marked as resolved.. They gave me some local supr's tel number.. 080-30197777, but is always engaged.. Just chk if u guys from B;lore can get thru this and if anything can be done. |

Rep Power: 0 | Hi I am a Reliance Wi max user at Bangalore. This Connection is in Company`s name. From past two months we have been facing a problem wrt UPLOAD SPEED. Many times I have complained and nobody is responding properly. Some people used to tell the complaint has been escalated...... When asked with the other end person, he refuses the escalation..... Finally I have decided to bring this to all of you and I want to know What should be my next step.... |

Rep Power: 1 | Hi All, I have also got the bill for last month while i am still to recover from 50 days of troubleshooting of upload problems. I took up for waiver with Arvind in Bangalore who is looking after the entire accounts of Reliance Wimax for Bangalore. He replied me to pay half the bill as i had utilized downloads. I am yet to reply him with strictures that PARTIAL service cannot be billed in %. Meanwhile, I am escalating this issue with Anshul Rastogi, who is the technical head of Wimax in Bangalore. I might get into a contact with them through Ria Broadband Communications who provided me the connection. Let me see if something works for us. I would request all to refrain from paying the bills and lets get together on this issue and reply them suitably. |

Rep Power: 1 | Also raise a complaint in customer care after mailing Arvind. You will for sure receive a mail asking you to pay a % of the bill as you would have used for downloads...... Lets not abide to this and post them a BIG NO. Big time to rake up the issue. Pls co-operate. |
