Default Another reason why we should get waivers..

Most Telcos have Billing KPIs and one of them deals with adjustments.. If too many subscribers under a product got credit adjustments (i.e. waiver) the same will be escalated to Sr. Management..

We may not be 'many' but looking at posts from Delhi and Kolkata, I feel there are considerable numbers..

Guys, getting good number of response and also good stuff to learn about... TINA factor seems bothering.

Cruize, need to talk to you. May be we have to talk to Anshul Rastogi sometime next week beginning. I need your number.

I'm sure this misguided nutcase was referring to mail upload limits on Reliance mail servers..... Gosh their Tech team is sooo dumb!

Default Reliance and its customer service suck

Damn, thanks for the co-ordination efforts Ganesh! I have been having this problem from the 17th of February and have raised several complaints and have had all of them closed without resolution. All they do is call and then I curse and then they close call!! Awesome resolution indeed. I even had a call for an hour with a numbskull in their customer service.

So dudes, what do you suggest we do? I, for one am very sure that I will not be paying for their lousy "non-uploads" these days. Secondly, how can we get this issue resolved? Has anyone got this problem resolved? And third, can we take them to court? Especially for this situation where we keep raising tickets and they keep closing them without resolving them?

I would say that approaching this Consumer Forum is a good idea. And perhaps Ganesh can cumulate all these complaints (offline or online) and collectively approach the Forum.

Plan?
