Hi Naveen,

Thanks for posting your concerns / problems too.

Would need your details sa i have requested earlier. AS of now, i have only 5 users details and this will not do to proceed anything. Even for a cumulative talks with the technical heads here.

Hence, request all again, to post their details immediately.

Kunal, sorry, i missed your post.
Actually, there is no charge for static IP for me. They have to done it free due to the problems we are facing.

are you amongst us facing similar issues.??

As per TRAI QoS regulations (No. 304-6/ 2004-QoS), we are eligible for complete bill waiver for a month if the issue is not resolved within 15 days.

Default An update on waiver !!!

Here I am posting a mail from Reliance. I modified it since posting as it is won't be proper..
Since customer has faced with upload problem from XXXX,waiver will be posted for XX days,i.e. XXX to XXXX amounting to Rs.RRR.PP/-.Customer has to make the balance amount of Rs.RR.PP/-. Waiver will be reflected in the next bill.
So, I got waiver from the date I posted my complaint till billing date..

I CC'd all the people I talked to so far on my communications and my mail read something like this:

"The number (NNNNNN) I sent is a waiver complaint I filed.

I filed several complaints to fix zero upload speed between <start date> till yesterday and the issue is yet to be fixed.

<Mr. X>, CC'd, from Reliance called me and requested me to not file any more complaints and he assured that I would get waiver..

As you are aware, as per TRAI QoS regulations (No. 304-6/ 2004-QoS), I am eligible for complete bill waiver for the month of <Month>.

I sent several communications to your Nodal officer which never got any response.

Your customer care folks told me that someone would get back to me in the next 24 hrs (several times). I am yet to receive any call.."

Default upload issue

What I noticed yeterday is that If i connect through VPN using reliance wimax and then from my office PC I am able to open yahoo and send mail with attachements.So I am able to attach from there even 1MB data to yahoo but from my home pc its not able to send 500KB data to yahoo.

cruisecontrol, Was this in response to your mail to Arvind Cheluvaraju? Or what was your escalation path?

have you noticed on t his page :: Welcome to Reliance Broadband ::
if you scroll all the way down they clearly say "Upload speed is equal to download speed or 512 kbps, whichever is lower."
