Rep Power: 2 | I have Just received a call from someone named Somnath from Wimax TSD Mumbai. And he tells me that their senior management had a meeting today and that that all upload issues will be resolved by/on the 10th of March. This is what he said.. Lets wait it out and see. |

Rep Power: 1 | Sandeep, who is this SOMNATH.. something to do with the leadership or jus another guy in technical call centre? Cos, I got a call from AMIT from tech help desk last sat saying that its addressed by a spl senior tech team and is gonna get resolved. Cant believe the contentions they normally have. THis is something pushed to us since the last 50 days............ I still remember, on 20th JAn, i received a similar reply from a technical call centre guy.... What was your approach to escalate the whole issue Sandeep? |

Rep Power: 0 | Ganesh, hope you have received my details on the PM that I sent on this forum. If not, I am happy to send them via a post on this topic itself. But you know, I have a small feeling that this is actually getting some things done. Today evening, for some time, I was able to access even my emails and send some attachments too....so lets keep at it, I am sure that we will atleast end up with not having to pay the bills for the time we suffered!!! |

Rep Power: 2 | You are entitled to 100% waiver!! Pl. don't forget avail it..!! And in every new complaint you file, mention that none of the previous complaints were resolved. This is very important to prove that the issue was not resolved.. |

Rep Power: 0 | one more discovery... when we open modem settings in telnet mode and use command 'sh bs' we can see a heading as DL-Fec under this heading, for some users it may show as bpsk 'bla bla' and for some as qpsk..... if it shows 'bpsk' it means u r connected in 1mbps mode to the base station regardless of your connection speed. (if u r a 150kbps/300kbps etc etc user you will still be throttled to your conn. speed) if it shows 'qpsk' this means u r connected in 2mbps mode to the base station. |
