Question is the problem attended

All,

I have received 2 calls so far since last week with updates that this problem will be sorted out soon. Of course not with a deadline...

Anyone has inputs on this front... has anybody received info on this front. I did read Sandeep's input. But anyone else who is aware of something happening.

one point to note.. since the last 4 days my speed is less than 300K as opposed to my usual speed of 1500K.. something is happening..

I AM CLUELESS.

I have bad news.
Since the issue was not resolved I called up Customer care to get an update.
I asked them to read out the ticket to me instead of me going over the whole charade again with them. To my surprise the agent read out that Somanth (the guy that assured me the issue would be resolved) closed the ticket the same day (Friday) stating that He confirmed with me that I am able to browse and upload files!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Has anyone noticed the link on the top of the page labeled "View and pay bills" and below that it says "Reliance Landline, Reliance Broadnet Click Here" It leads to the page: Reliance Communications
if you click "Sign up now" it takes you to another page that asks for a bunch of user info. I tried signing up but it says that My email address is not registered with them.
Has anyone had any success signing up?
When I called customer care They said that it was not for Broad net customers when I asked them why it specifically said Broad Net customer click here" they were speechless.. The did not know it was even there.
Anyone able to sign in or register?

Since they are closing complaints on their own, I am calling everyday to check if at least one complaint is open, else, I file a new one.

This is all due to TINA factor :-(

I suggest you escalate.. first to the customer service ID and then to the various officials mentioned in this thread and start threatening to bring them to consumer court.

today i got a call from rel cust care.
the engg tell me that there is no issue from their side and that a re alignment of my antenna will sort thing out.
i cant just believe it, i explained to him all about proper upload with a bs of lower signal strength and
improper(almost zero) upload to a bs of strong signals of (.68 and 28).
still he says that alignment will do it (oh my gosh!)

Reliance guys listen if you are reading this thread, the upload issue is at your end in all cases (to my belief), so stop wasting time around at cutomers premises and do an in-depth analysis of Base Station connectivity at your end.
