Where are you located. What is the name of the BS that you are connected to and what are the parameters? Would really appreciate this.

See if you can connect to a different BS and see if that solves your problem. Keep us posted!

Rep Power: 2 | Sandeep, I too ran into the issue of not getting IP through a different BS.. One solution is to log off through current/active BS and then connect through the other BS. |

Rep Power: 2 | I'm guessing what you are telling me is Log of from the home page, then go to the 192.168.1.1 , connect to a different BS and aquire an IP from the New BS and login from the home page? |

Rep Power: 2 | Yes Sandeep.. Before you log into Telsima Modem i.e. 192.168.1.1 or whatever, issue an explicit ipconfig/release (on windows) (or ) ifconfig -r (on Linux) |

Rep Power: 0 | Guys, do I need to log off then type in 192.168.1.1 at the IE or whatever window and then try to connect to a different Base Station? And dudes, since no one seems to be interested in getting into a court scene with Reliance, can we only ask for the bill waiver then? |

Rep Power: 2 | Naeen, Yes you will have to log out set your IP to ...1.2 and then login to .....1.1 through your browser to get a different BS. As far as the going to court part. there is a pol running on the top of this page regarding that.... I have managed to change my BS twice but its gotten no better. Let me know if you have better luck |
