Rep Power: 1 | Hi All, Today reliance guys came home and tried changing a new antenna and check if uplink connectivity works. But to my shock, even that didnt work. They changed a new antenna and checked. Downlink was almost 2 Mbps. But uplink was NIL "0". So now, next step.. provide some ideas. The local tech lead is closing my ticket with a note that SS antenna doesnt have any problem, as the problem persists even after changing. Need some help. Anyone........ |

Rep Power: 0 | @nitinkhungar in your case i think you are getting the right speed bcoz in BSNLs 2mbps connection also ,the upload speed is very very low. |

Rep Power: 1 | Hey Ganesh, how are you checking your uplink speed? I seriousy doubt it has anything to do with your antenna. it could be your login. can you try getting someone elses user name and pw and see if anything changes. Keep me posted. |

Can we share the Name, Contact number, mail id, Subscriber id & recent complaint number of everyone facing this problem. I can take it up further with them. Rep Power: 1 | All in vain. I have interacted with almost everyone in the reliance customer care / technical care chain. Now, everyone in the service chain knows me by name. This is wat happens if you have RELIANCE WIMAX. I dont understand why is there no one with enough competency to sort out this issue of many of us. My repeated emails to all the leads and phone calls mentioning clearly that there is a 40 days outage, have all gone in vain. Guys, can we do something about this collectively. Suggest your opinions. And Moderator Sir, please suggest if you have any views on this. |
