I agree with delhite2

I have had connection for about 3 days now and every thing seems ok
i had many power cuts in my area when i was downloading, when the system came back up i was able to get the IP with out any issues with in 5 min

Also upload and download speeds are good getting constant 15 to 17 KBps at 150 Kbps plan

Default IP Renew will solve the problem

Please release your ip and renew.
That solves the problem.
If it is not connected. Please go to 192.168.1.1 page and check the signal stength received.
If all is fine and operational. Do release and renew.

bujjiece4u

release and renew does not solve the problem always

I did release/renew so many times that even in my sleep i was saying "release/renew"

I was so happy with my BSNL connection, i have never seen a downtime with BSNL connection in the past 1 year

But now i don't have a choice as i am remotely located and have to live with reliance and it downtimes

Question first post

I think the old issue has cropped up again. I am unable to browse gmail / orkut etc. Every time I move to the next page I get 'Page cannot be displayed..' and the page comes after several refresh. I faced this issue earlier. But it was fixed in between. I am having this problem since yesterday.

I have never got a waiver though I have asked for the same several times to the CC people. Is there any chance that I can get a waiver condition that I don’t remember the complaint id's which I have raised with the CC? (Though I have managed to save some ids).
Can I get a waiver on already generated/paid bill?

Thanks

Default Update..

Airtel has just completed laying cables in my street and am switching to Airtel as soon as they light the cables. Airtel agent is picking up the papers from me this weekend.. He said the connection would be provided in 15 days.

Meanwhile, my problems with Reliance continue - DHCP - sometimes IP is not issued for upto 2 hrs, intermittent Zero upload speed (around 10 in the evening usually) are still there..

Default Upload issue again

Yes, the upload issue is back since 1st April. My upload speed is Zero.

I filed a complaint on 2nd April and the field engineer closed that stating that the issue is resolved and the customer is happy. Where as the field engineer did not even come to check it.

I filed the complaint again today morning and they said they will send the engineer in the evening. Will update on the outcome.

And I am posting this from office as this also does not work from home.

Rgds,
Sudhir
