Rep Power: 1 | I am unable to log into the antenna... as the antenna has been changed to another direction towards Tin factory tower and since then no signal. The local contractor who is handling my area tckets called me and told that back up testing is happening in TIN factory sector and hence, it will take 48 hrs to resolve. Until 48 hrs |

Rep Power: 2 | I have noticed that since they resolved the issue signal strength is only average... if not poor in some cases for me. My speeds are also average.... they have changed something |

Rep Power: 1 | Keep claiming the waiver from them... only then the issue gets highlighted and things will come to an end. Actually speaking the technology is very good and infrastructure is something they have to improve upon. But, buggers sitting in different levels are very very incompetent to handle such a technology. In other words its like a Garland in a monkey's hands..... |

Rep Power: 1 | I finally got my reliance connection winmax I have got 150 Kbps unlimited connection the speeds i am getting is about 14 KBps, which is not quite good but OK i was using BSNL 2 Mbps connection before this so this feels like i have come to the dark ages any way when i asked the guy who came to install as to why it was less he said that it will take time for your connection to come to the max capacity as your MAC address has to be updated and will take 3 days is this true ? he said that he will submit the documents to reliance and then once they update the details i will get full speed did u guys also have this issue? |

Rep Power: 2 | On your login page do you see the plan that you are actually subscribed to? If yes then He is just yanking your chain! You can’t get connected if the MAC is not registered with them. Try connecting to another BS that may help |

Rep Power: 1 | i guess he was yanking at me he did this because when i asked him to run a speed test he took me to some website and test it and it showed 66 kbps he taught that i would yell at him for the speed which it showed as my connection was 150 kbps and i think he has this answer ready to all the customer he attends. I was expecting this because i was tracking this forum even before i applied for the connection. i knew i have to live with this scrap till i get bsnl / airtel in my area any way i am getting around 15 to 18 KBps which i think is what i will get for 150 kpbs I hardly feel that i am on broad band because i was using 2 Mbps connection with BSNL before this which is like 10 times faster that this. I feel i am on dial up . i will see this connection for some time if it is good then may be will shift to 300 kbps connection. Any body have any idea how much a 300 kbps connection including taxes as Rs 999 is with out tax? |
