Rep Power: 0 | Hi All, I am currently getting pretty reasonable speed on my connection (Reliance Broadnet WiMax in Bangalore,Koramangala area,2Mbps,4GB/m,Rs.750/- scheme) when I download files, though it's way too slow as compared to that of a DataOne 2Mbps.The signal strength is about 18,19 which seems to be fare enough. However Gmail never opens on my laptop with this connection. I tried all means but to no avail. Reliance technician is unable to sort out the issue either.Any thoughts?Normal websites, forums etc. open without much delay.Even rapidhare kind of sites work. Then what could be wrong when it comes to Gmail sort of webmails and Broadnet connection?Orkut and Hotmail also have the same issue. It tries and I get the following kind of error message: "https://www.google.com/accounts/ServiceLogin?service=mail&passive=true&rm=false&co ntinue=https%3A%2F%2Fmail.google.com%2Fmail%2F%3Fn sr%3D1%26ui%3Dhtml%26zy%3Dl<mpl=default<mplcac he=2 or https://www.google.com/accounts/Serv...h?service=mail Please help me fix this. Thanks in advance, Satya |
