Hi all,
I tried to get a broadband connection through reliance landline phone. They given new phone connection first, later they took 500 Rs. as security deposit from me. After 2 months (trying a lot) they said not feasible to give the broadband connection. I asked them for refund the amount. All customer care people and local sales people are not giving proper response. Any body the best way to get back the refund amount? If not possible let me know the procedure to go for consumer count?
