i am very much shocked to find out that my connection has been terminated from your end due credit limit.
i only found out 3 days later after my connection was suspended when i called the customer care.
i applied connection for 300kpbs unlimited and upgraded to 600kpbs unlimited. Now they say i have exceeded my credit limit and i have to pay 1565 in order for my connection to work. Now i want to know Where unlimited plan went ???? i want to know what this credit limit of yours mean and where did my unlimited plan go ? and do i have to pay 1565 + 1800 = 3365. if so please terminate my subscription wit immediate effect and inform me. Never did this happened while i had my 512 kpbs unlimited Airtel connection. i am a heavy downloader , i download 24x7x365.
