Thread: gUYYS HELP ME>>>>!!!!!!!!!!!:(

i got reliance connection from this month and in the first month iyself its giving a bill of 2046 .....i think they have taken the usage too much...
i have just used 500-700 mbs....but they are telling that i have used 1244 mbs..
i dont know what to do.....plz help me...

First of all what is your plan ? What is the upload/download limit for your plan ?
Remember the limit is for the month of the billing cycle, which most probably wont be the calendar month.
Check you bill, there is an itemized listing in the bill. You will know whether you have exceeded the quota or not. Extra usage is charged at Rs 0.90/MB.
