    Default It can b done...

visit NAT32 Windows Software Router Home Page (March 25, 2008) read the instructions carefully,
try it out...once i had tried it...n it worked but its problematic...evrytime u hav to configure it...i tried it with two NICs on one computer...one NIC takes in the Reliance connection n the other one connects to the other computer(with single NIC)...giv it a try!!! or else instead of all this hectic things i wud suggest u to go for a domestic router...

When you login once, then there is NO NEED to login on any other machine. You can use the internet straight away on all other machines. I have used it successfully many many times.

    cheers.

You must configure the ADSL modem/router in PPPoE mode. Have you done this and still facing problems?

I am not subsriber of Reliance - so I cannot try out anything. I am giving advice solely on the generic BB issues. If you do not like my advice then you can ignore it.

If Reliance allows modem configuration in DHCP mode only (which is another name of bridge), then you can share this connection by Windows/XP's internet connection sharing. For that, you will have one PC/laptop acting as the primary gateway. All other PCs/laptops will connect to internet through this machine. Your primary PC/laptop must always be on and connected to internet for this purpose.

    For Windows/XP only:

    Settings on your primary computer:
    a) Ensure that you are connected to internet and internet is working properly.
    b) On your primary computer, right click on "My Network Places", and select properties.
    c) In the "Network Connections" window, it will show you the network that you are using (I cannot say what will be the name - it may be called Reliance or maybe the name of your modem/router).
    d) Right click on this, and click on "properties"
    e) In the "properties" dialog box, click on "advanced" tab
    f) There will be an option called "Internet Connection Sharing". Check the setting for "Allow other network users to connect through this computer's Internet Connection"
    g) Click on OK.

    Settings on other computers:
    a) On every other computer, right click on "My Network Places", and select properties.
    b) On the left hand side panel, click on "Create a new network connection"
    c) This will start a wizard. Click 'Next'.
    d) Select "Set up an advanced connection" and click 'Next'.
    e) Select "Connect directly to another computer"

(From here on I cannot help you as I cannot do this on my computer. But you can follow the wizard steps that should be easy enough to understand).

Press F1 on your windows. Using Windows help, please search for "Internet connection sharing" and it will tell you how to do it. You may have to do a few more settings first before internet sharing is enabled.
