Default reliance wimax with netgear wg614 router

    Hi,

I have netgear wg614 router connected to my wimax PoE. My IP is of dynamic type.

When I configure the netgear router for the first time, everything works fine.

If I switch off everything and swith them on again after a day or so, the router fails to get the dynamic IP.

In the router configuration I have configured IP and DNS IP as dynamic.

Can anybody tell me what would be the reason for this.

Do i need to set the dhcp server's and DNS server's ip manually or should it be automatic?

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Default Its Simple

You have to first turn on the Reliance Modem, then the Netgear Router and then the computer, it will surely work. But do in exactly the way I have advised above. Cheers!
